Defy empty promises

Bought defy washing machine through Makro. Machine was faulty. Struggled for a month to get Makro to log a service call. Finally the call has been logged. Defy confirmed that someone will come and inspect the washing machine today & will phone when he is in the area. No one phoned and no one pitched. Ridiculous
