Defy

Purchased a defy stove in december, the oven door does not close properly and cannot be used. The entire stove is not aligned properly from the outside to the inside of the oven. I am having difficulty getting hold of someone from defy to collect the stove and replace it or refund me. Not happy with the stove and service
