DEFY DTT169 9KG WASHING MACHINE- PIPES DON'T FIT ON MY REGULAR TAP

I bought a DEFY DTT169 9KG washing machine at ok furniture and to my surprise the water pipe doesn't fit on or in the mouth of the tap... So I called the store where I purchased the machine from. They contacted DEFY's representative and we were told that we have to fill the machine manually, because thIS machine is an old model the pipe doesn't come with a water hose connection set for washing machine. What nonsense is this!!! I went to Defy Jacob (Dbn) I was told that I need to boil the pipe in water and force it ON the mouth of the tap! The month of the pipe and the tap are the same size!!!!I don't understand why these machine pipes doesn't come with a tap inlet adapter like a regular washing machines.

I can't even purchase water hose connection set for washing machine because no hardware store in my area has one for this machine pipe. And I am not getting any help from DEFY or from the store purchased.
