Defy double door oven outer glass explodes for no reason. Very Dangerous.
I Purchase a Defy Gemini DB047 double door oven on the 9 April 2016. I had issues with the allighnments of the doors, not seeling properly. Defy agents came out several times to adjust the doors,could not rectify the problem, eventually they replaced the oven with a newer model DB0468. Now on the 1st June 2020 for no apparent reason, the bottom outer glass door just exploded. I have emailed Defy (***) with this problem, I was told to log a call out which will cost me R620 call out fee. At this point of time, I am very disappointed with Defy s products. Seems like all the ovens have a issue with the doors. I await Defy s response to this.
