Defy double door fridge dispencer a big problem

I am having a less than two years double door fridge but a water dispenser for this brand is a big problem it leaks all the time.Technicians from Defy came to try and fix it but fail.Today i am sitting with a Fridge that is not working properly.I locked for a service many times from 2019 but they are not coming anymore.
