Defy double door fridge cooling fan problem

This is my second review, but would just like to add to my first. Saw from other consumers that they have the same issues with Defy, especially the problem with the double door fridge cooling fan . If Defy knows about these issues then why do they still sell these ******* products to the public. Must be my last Defy item that I've bought.....never again.
