Defy! Don't buy!

Product purchased: Side-by-Side F790 Eco WD M Fridge / Freezer Date: February 2016

Broke down: April 2017 Fault: fan freezer and gasket

Broke down second time: January 2018 Fault: fan freezer and gasket

In less than 2 years this Defy product has broken down twice with the same fault. Would anyone be satisfied with someting bought for R9999.00 from Game in Rustenburg being so unreliable.

Game has refused to exchange the faulty appliance as it is ALMOST 2 years old. Almost brand new if you ask me but stil has broken down twice and all contents destroyed TWICE, yet the customer has no rights.

They do not want to listen, the same fault happened twice and an almost 2 year old fridge hummmmsssssss and vibratesssss like my grandmothers 15 year old Kalvinator that is still going! There is a factory fault with this product and it will breakdown again destroying the contents again for a third time. Anyone out there at DEFY willing to listen? We saved 2 years to by this appliance cash from Game, how can it be that no one is willing to help?

Defy, I am probably only a drop in your Faulty Freezer Ice Bucket so is that why I am getting "a we don't really care about you" from you?
