Defy does not honour guarantee

I bought a Defy Eco Fridge/freezer with water dispenser from OK Furniture Store in Senekal, Free State, on 21 November 2014. From day one the water dispenser didn't work and a crack was visible on the inside of the fridge door.<br> <br> I reported this to the manager of OK Furniture Store, who was very reluctant to assist me, but he referred me to the Defy Technical Department in Bloemfontein. They sent out a technician to check, he reported that the fridge need to be replaced by Defy.<br> <br> After several weeks and numerous phone calls, the fridge had still not been replaced, another technician was send out, he also concluded that the whole fridge need to be replaced and that the problem cannot be resolved by replacing the fridge door only.<br> <br> After approximately 9 months, the fridgefreezer still hasn't been replaced! Defy does not return any calls, there is no feedback, it seems that no-one is taking responsibility for this problem!<br> <br> The fridgefreezer has a 2-year guarantee!<br> <br> Can you kindly assist in this matter?
