Defy does not honor their warrantees.

Very poor after sales service from Defy. My dishwasher stopped washing the dishes on the bottom tray. I logged a call with Defy service center on 14 April 2025. An electrician came out on 17 April and opened one of the pipes and left. This did not solve the problem. I phone the electrician again on 22 April 2025. He promised to come back and fix the problem. He kept giving me the run around. On 25 April I phone Defy again. They told me that the ticket was closed and that they have to open a new ticket. Once again no one contacted me. On 5 May 2025 I phone the service center again. They told me that their system shows that the ticket was attended to on 30 April 2025 but no one contacted me or came to fix my machine. They said that they would get the branch to contact me. To date I am still waiting. I will NEVER EVER in my life buy a Defy again.
