Defy does not have a warranty
Defy will look for any excuse not to honour the warranty on there appliances. They will state customer negligence and not even provide proof or a diagnostic report as to how they came to that conclusion. The staff are rude, the technicians sent out to your premises act like they doing you a favour. Absolutely putrid service from such a large company. Is this how you stay in business? By *****ing people over?
