DEFY - DO NOT BUY A DEFY MACHINE - EVER!!!!!!!!

I purchased a washing machine in January from Game. A part burnt out in February, then again and now again in July!!!

Obviously I do not want another repair. I have had the machine for 6 months only and it broke down 3 times!!!!

I get the worst response from Game. They are not interested in helping me - it is a Defy problem. Defy - Mark (Technician) is so rude - like it is our fault that their products is inferior!. I cannot get hold of his Manager Edward (Eddy)

This is the worst service I have ever been exposed to. Shocking!

They do not care about their customers.

I am now forced to enforce the POPI act.
