DEFY Dishwasher_Model DDW174_No spares

We purchased a Defy Dishwasher November 2013, with a two year warranty.<br> Due to cable theft in Dec 2014, the dishwasher was damaged. <br> <br> We reported the matter to Defy and received response on 17.12.2014 from Zodwa Masombuka. We paid the deposit required for a technician to inspect the dishwasher and he came only the next week. He determined that he required a part to fix the dishwasher but neglected to order it. <br> <br> Their excuse: They are still waiting for stock...<br> Needless to say, I have been following up every week in January with no luck. I didn't even receive a reply on my last mail and I am without a dishwasher for two months now!<br> <br> I feel so frustrated!<br> <br> <br>
