Defy dishwasher - how to get it fixed under warranty.

We bought a Defy dishwasher 6 months ago. Its leaking water from a part underneath the machine. The technician came out but he couldnt fix it because he needs a part. We have been waiting from Monday to hear anything from them. No word. Defy service center doesnt answer their call, *** or ***. What must we do? The machine is still under warranty. Is this another south african brand you must buy?
