DEFY DISHWASHER DDW173 NOT WORKING

<p>I have a Defy Dishwasher DDW173 and it worked fine. Now suddenly it only takes the water in and does not wash. I have done everything to troubleshoot. On 13 May 2016, I phone Bloemfontein Support Office. They said that they will send a technician out to come and have a look. I phoned them on 27/05/2016 again because nobody came to assist me. They informed me that the technician is sick but he will come as soon as he returns to work. Still up until today no technician came to assist and nobody phoned me to tell me what is going on. I have phone Durban's office to ask for assistance but they just said I must phone the sales department in Bloemfontein. After I have spoken to them, they just said that I need to speak to the support department. I have phone 3 times and they did not answer.</p> <p>Can ANY technician just please, please come and have a look at my dishwasher.</p> <p>I have 4 Defy appliances in my kitchen and if this is the support that I am going to get, I will never buy a Defy product again!</p>
