defy dishwasher damaged and poor service

I baught a defy diswasher february 2014. since our purchase we had to call defy 4 times to repair a water leakage and faulty machine. We called them again 2 weeks ago as the machine is not functional. we were promised we will receive a call back. No one bother to call back ....again. This is costing us money to call the customer care service centre every time. just to be placed on hold and then to be told they will call us back to assist without success.
