Defy Disappointed

I happened to buy a Defy Aquawave top loader washing machine from Teljoy and at first use, the machine had a fault. I logged a call through Teljoy and they managed get Defy technicians here. First visit, they came to check the fault and promised to return to fix it on that Saturday. The technicians came without calling on the Saturday resulting in us missing each other and the unit not being fixed. I took it upon myself to call Defy Repairs Offices in Midrand and spoke to Thabang to reported the incident, he mentioned their system was down and that he would call me back and never did. Second call Thabang mentioned that he could not pick up on the job using the reference I had given him from Teljoy. Third call i spoke to Moses, who then mentioned that he is also not picking up on the reference number, but surprisingly a few seconds later mentions that he will tell the technicians who came out to the first call logged to call me. I received no call from any technicians. Fourth call, I spoke to Moses regarding the technicians and when they would I could expect them to come and he says he will give me the technicians number for me to call (which is something he should be doing on his side). I then call the technician to find that his phone is off. I am now stuck with a brand new washing machine that doesn't work and no one at Defy repair Midrand willing to assist. I have been trying to get this sorted for two weeks with no results. I am completely disappointed at the services provided or lack of it. Further to the above, the lack of customer service provided is disappointing from one of, what I thought , was a trusted brand.
