DEFY ,DEFYING ITS POLICIES

I bought a defy oven and hob from Game Store in Greenstone Edenvale . The warranty is still valid although I bought an extended warrant as well. The oven switch became loose and ultimately came off .I went to Game to check the validity of my warranty and it was confirmed that it was indeed in order,The saleslady then phoned Defy and a promise was made that a technician will come on 10th March 2020 and instead of coming one technician called to verify my address and after I confirmed he then said it was not his area and he will inform the office .I have been waiting ever since
