Defy definitely not on top of it.

I am disappointed with defy repair services. In the past +-4 months they have repaired my upright freezer 3 times. It has packed up once again and causing me to lose food in the process. They can't seem to get it right. I have many defy appliances and am reconsidering purchasing defy appliances in the future.
