Defy "defies" commitment to guarantee

Recently purchased Defy stove with oven and hob. From removal from the box it has not worked. Over a week and no assistance. Constant calls to Game as the "go between" is fruitless. Very disappointed. Would not recommend Defy. After sales customer service is atrocious.
