Defy Defects

I purchase a new slimline hob and oven this month. The stove has already started blistering. The oven had issues withe buttons which the technicians resolved after stating it was not an issue. The next day i find a wire hanging in the oven that needs to attached somewhere. Defy quality and service has really dropped. Interested to see if this gets resolved
