Defy defective washing machines.

Defy washing machines quality is the worst. And I hate to say this as I've been using a Defy front loader that I got from my aunt since 2013 and she bought it in 1997. It was in good condition and when it finally stopped working I got a Defy top loader thinking it will last me a lifetime. It immediately was having issues not spinning just putting water when it has to spin. The defy mechanic came and said there was an issue with the shock absorber and they gave me a new one. And this one keeps giving me error E6. I have to remove clothes readjust put them back and it'll start up and go back to that error E6 I'm soo disappointed at this point I have to fight with Hifi to get my refund to buy from another brand cause Defy has failed me in such a terrible way and the manager at that hifi was telling me to try Hisense and I was soo hellbent on getting a defy that the first one I got was a demo as they had no stock and when it gave me problems I gave it a benefit of a doubt and recieved the exchange..new and fresh from the box thinking it'll be a better experience but it was not. Defy is truly not what it used to be.
