Defy DAC510 Fridge

I have two things I am disappointed about. 1. I purchased the latter fridge/freezer and it was delivered with such a big and such a sticky sticker/lable placed over the fridge door, that I ended up scratching my brand new fridge that same day whilest trying to get it off! 2. Within a week the freezer drawer (badly designed) was broken. The corner of the plastic face/facade of the drawer is only held on by a flimsy plastic hook which breaks easily and cannot be repaired (I have seen many complaints about this) and renders the drawer useless, as you need to pull the drawer by this facade, to get it out, and it cannot take this force once the hook is broken.
