Defy customer service appalling

I bought a fridge at game and it stopped working due to a factory fault and I was referred to defy Durban for the exchange and I’ve been sent from pillar to post I call them all the time but never get help. I don’t know what to do anymore we have been without a fridge for a whole month I’m so fed up.

Service is not the best.Also they hardly pick up the phone it’s frustrating.
