Defy corner wash failed in 14 months of use and it has taken 3 months to get the technicians to repair it with no success yet.

I have the top of the range Dishwasher. The bottom spray arm mechanism (bushes/gearing) wore out within 14 months of domestic use. I logged a warranty claim, and was contacted by Defy Technician to meet, however he did not attend or excuse himself.

Eventually after I reached out again the technicians wanted to take my machine in for investigation (to which I did not object), however they were unable to give me any motivation for this as the bolt on component clearly failed and it could be removed from the machine. The Tech decided to just replace the part without removing my machine.

Ultimately they arrived with the incorrect component - and without replacing anything they closed my query as completed. I followed up with multiple calls to no avail.

I then logged another claim, again the technician wants to take my machine without being able to motivate his intention, in light of his poor customer service I said the manager should contact me, I have been waiting close to a week for this to happened. Shocking reliability and even worse aftersales service.
