Defy cordless Vacuum cleaner

.I placed a call to Defy CT this morning at 8:30 looking for a sharger for my cordless vacuum Cleaner. After taking the details down, the person promised me a call back ASAP. By 14:30 I had still not heard anything! I have called, 5 times now, asking to be put through to parts and been placed on hold for up to 10 minutes at a time, then get cut off. Shocking service!!!No more Defy appliances for me thanks!
