Defy chest freezer pathetic design
Defy DMF 470 The design of this chest freezer is Pathetic How on earth, are you supposed to pack food in a freezer that can only accommodate 2 baskets at the top of the freezer? Looks like it's a case of pack everything in the bottom of the freezer then if you a short person you need to dive into the freezer throw everything out of the freezer to get whatever you want in the bottom of the freezer, once this has been done then you have to pack everything back into the freezer. Absolutely ridiculous I've never seen such a pathetic design in freezers before. Defy had excellent designs and service years ago , today Defy has no customer service their attitude to customer service stinks. Call the customer help centre at 4pm and the phone gets put down in your ear!!!!!

Does Defy expect people to pack their freezer good into the freezer like a pyramid then take it all out when a person requires what ever is in the bottom of the freezer?
