Defy Chest Freezer is Garbage

I bought a Defy 386L Chest Freezer on the 26th November 2021, I have not had the freezer for more than 10 months and it is already broken. The freezer is not keeping cool and this was one of Defy best selection of chest freezers available on the day. I have lost faith in the Defy brand, this has not only financially impacted me but embraased me by having to ask my neighbours for help. I have lost thousands in meat gone rotten and salvaged what I could. This expereince is something I wish nobody should go through. The freezer according to a Defy technion is not repairable and they will get back to me with what will be done. Can someone tell me what will be done about my meat? Because I seem to be the only person worried about the lost I recieved through the Defy product I rea**** on, which proved to be very unrealible.
