Defy ceramic hob useless

I purchased a Defy ceramic hob and oven on 5 March 2021. A few months later it would not operate more than 2 plates at a time and would display error code ER45. I called in the technician and they changed the main component. A few months later, the stove would not power up and again a technician changed the main component. A couple of weeks later, again the stove would not power up and the technician said he would void the warranty because he found 3 ****roaches in the stove. I am very disappointed that an appliance that should be as durable as a stove would be completely shut down because a small ****roach passed through a sensor. I do not have a ****roach infestation in my home, neither am I qualified to open up the stove and hunt for any hiding ****roaches. I had to by the component muself and it costs more than half the price if the stove. Absolutely disappointed that such an expensive stove has such a short lifespan. I would not recommend it to anyone.
