Defy, Cape Town, Montague Gdns. Service that sucks

What a joke trying to get through to Defy Cape Town to attempt to get someone out to repair my Fridge. Got told they would phone me back, 4 Hrs later no call. Phoned back got shunted from pillar to post and eventually put the phone down in my ear. Most of my home appliances are Defy, I guess I will have to change that.
