Defy cannot provide parts to top microwave

I have a faulty stainless steel thermo microwave oven.This microwave is supposed to be their top model but all of the sudden the turntable just stopped turning and made a noise like gears slipping. I ordered the turntable motor/gear assembly on the 3rd July with Victor and was told it would take 10 working days. Order number *** refers. <br> I followed up with Victor and Richard on the 24th and was promised the unit will be in Denver Tue 28 July. Now it is the 30th and still no part and no call no email, nothing. We are now 20 working days down the line and still DEFY cannot assist me. I would like to return this unit to DEFY and be given a replacement unit please. <br>
