Defy brand not a quality brand

I bought a Defy fridge less then a year ago but the fridge is giving me problems for the last 2months. I contacted the store I purchased it at and they logged a call with Defy on the 02/05/2018. I was then told a defy technician will contact me in 48hrs but up until today no one has contacted me from Defy. I'm still sitting with a broken fridge and wasted money because I had to throw away food that went bad while being in the fridge. I am so disappointed in the brand because I chose this brand because I thought it was a quality brand but now I know to stay away from Defy products. not only is the products not quality but their customer services sucks. I will never recommend this brand to anybody.
