Defy brand is pathetic.

One of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Full of empty promises and absolutely no customer service or feed back. Bought a washing machine in July last year..I've been waiting four plus weeks for it to be repaired, sure the technician has been three times, and he still doesn't seem to know what's wrong. If they don't give me a new machine or my money back, I will slander Defy to anyone who will listen. I won't recommend Defy to anyone, and they supposed to be a "Top brand" Bryan Hagan-Watson George, Western Cape.
