Defy - bad product experience

Bought a Defy washing machine towards end 2021. Started using it beginning 2022. From day one it has given problems. Had someone come out under warranty to have a look. He fiddled around, replaced some parts and left. Machine still not working properly. Reported the issue again on the Defy website. They did not even respond or make contact. Did not expect such service from a well known brand. When you purchase a product you have an expectation that it will work as advertised. In this case it is not the experience. I expected them to make contact and at least try and resolve the issue as the machine is still under warranty
