DEFY BAD PRODUCT

<p>Paid R15000 for a DEFY fridge , fridge faulty with delivery then they send a technician to repair it, i did not pay that amount to have a new fridge fixed, they delivered a 2nd one but only to be faulty also, again i dont want it repaired, I PAID R15000 FOR A NEW FRIDGE AND EXPECT IT TO BE IN A WORKING CONDITION, NOT "2nd HAND" or FAULTY !! I bought a DEFY gas stove/electric oven combo for R7000.. oven part the fan doesnt even work and makes a terrible noise.. nothing is happening about my complaint and all of this i bought and is not even 1 MONTH old. Terrible product and service !!</p>
