Defy appliances quality has dropped and that is sad defy where pioneers

I have always been a good supporter of defy products until i bought a stove and oven ,extractor recently . The quality has dropped tremendously since my last 2 purchases and i won't by defy again, it is sad to say that the price has increased but the quality is poor , i have had numerous issues since the purchase and would now have to throw out the products . Never though i would have this issue with defy products this is sad.
