Defy Appliances : pathetic after service

I bought a black glass finish fridge , complete with water dispenser from OK Furiture at Greenacres. I always get assistance from the store manager , a Mr Costanzo @ ********** , however the service levels from Defy is pathetic. I have reported this fridge on numerous occasions, as I am unable to use the freezer section , because of over-freezing. So much so, you are unable to open the drawers. A technician get sent out and cosmetic attention get delivered with no permanent resolution...first they had to fix the door seal, however the problem remains. I am tired of complaining to institutions that are happy to fob off clients , to see if they will give up the cause, as the cheapest form of resolution. I need this matter attended to as I am not getting the value for money I expected when making this purchase. I am dissapointed with Defy's committment to client service as i have been using their appliances all my life. In addition my water dispenser handle also broke off, leading to even more frustration. This fridge is clearly of a inferior quality , looking at all the recent troubles. Yours in service, Clifton
