Defy Appliances Montague Gardens

Hi there, i don't know if someone else experienced the same poor quality of service that i get every time i phone Defy at Montague Gardens in Western cape, every time i phone for spares they either don't pick up the phone ,or they cut you off after a couple of minutes while waiting for someone to pick up the phone ,that happened 8 times this morning. This is not the first time ,even before lockdown i battled to get them to pick up the phone, after numerous attempts if someone picks up, they take your number and promise to phone back, but they never phone back, that happened a couple of times . Defy Montague Gardens has the worst service that i have ever experienced, hopefully someone will do something about it ,Regards Pieter
