Defy Appliances - dont buy their stuff. Trust me

I bought a fridge and it worked fairly well for a while until load-shedding started.

The first time that it broke it took a very long time for it to be repaired - around 4 weeks to be exact. Defy's fault reporting system is very slow and inefficient.

The technician who came on site did not fix the problem after several attempts. He indicated that he needs to order some part. Its been 3 weeks of him "ordering" this part. I have called him several times and he doesn't answer his phone.

Defy doesnt seem to care much as they dont follow up on their customers. For a brand that prides itself as "Believe in Better", this service is definitely not better.

After several emails and follow ups, I have not received any feedback.

I am very disappointed with Defy and will most likely not ever buy their products.
