Defy appliances cheaply made & poor service

<p>I recently booked a Defy call out to check my stove extractor which was not working in addition the inside paintwork of my very expensive oven was peeling and all the numbers on the stove knobs were out. My appliances are about 3 years old. They said a person named Rajen will come in. He made a call after a few days. He was not very helpful and was always to busy to take my call. I am really disappointed with the poor quality of a once renowned brand and the very poor unacceptable service.</p>
