DEFY APPLIANCES BAD SERVICE

Good morning <br> <br> I have just been on the phone with the worst supervisors I have ever come across.<br> <br> Liesel Nelson gave me such bad attitude when I enquired about a technician meant to come into my house to inspect a stove I purchased on the 7th March 2015.<br> <br> She was very unapologetic in her bad communication with me.<br> <br> This is totally unacceptable and we shouldn't allow such people to work with customers.
