Defy appliances
Extremely poor customer service from Defy South Africa. My side by side fridge freezer has been troubling since purchase and I've had technicians come out 4 times already. Either the quality is a serious issue or *********** repair technicians. Huge thumbs down, even calling and escalating to service manager did not help.
