DEFY APPLIANCES ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Honestly I wouldn't even give this brand one star. A brand that South Africans grew up with but its such a shame that they don't value their clients or have any integrity. Cheap parts and guarantees that aren't worth anything. People dont waste hard earned money on this rip-off of a company. They sell products that are defective and they dont care about after sales service. Very poor feedback and they staff are a nightmare to deal with. Will not reccommend to anyone in a million years. Totally disgusted with them.
