Defy Appliances are not value for money, and their service sucks

I would like to express my dissatisfaction of the Defy fridge DAC425C330, which I bought on the 9 November 2017. In the past 14 months that I have had the fridge for, a defy technician has replaced a thermostat more than 3 times and life span the thermostat has yet failed again. I bought the fridge at Carletonville OK and they had then advised me that there is nothing they can do until defy SA gives them the go ahead to replace my fridge. When I bought the fridge it was more on brand loyalty thinking that Defy was the best, but I guess not. I have also sent Defy SA an email and still today I have not received any correspondence from them, Yet they strive on the saying of Defy Appliances is a South African white goods manufacturing company and is the largest manufacturer and distributor of major domestic appliances in southern Africa yet their products are of a disappointment and their service sucks. The fridge temperature malefactions quit a lot making the food freeze or not cold enough, and that is making me losing money on the food that I have bought. I would like to say that I am disappoint in Defy as I brand.
