Defy appliances

I am extremely disappointed with my Defy top loader. The machine constantly fills with water but never starts washing. It just keeps running water endlessly, wasting both water and electricity. I expected better reliability from a well-known brand like Defy.

What’s even more frustrating is that this seems to be a common issue with many Defy models, yet there’s no clear solution or support from the company. I’ve tried all basic troubleshooting steps and even checked for blockages — nothing helps.

For a brand that claims durability and quality, this is really disappointing. I hope Defy takes responsibility and offers proper support or recalls for this ongoing issue. Until then, I would not recommend buying a Defy washing machine.
