Defy appliances

I have bought a twin tab washing machine from Russells Soshanguve south view complex. The machine was faulty from the first day of use. I have reported this to the store and people from Defy came to fix but it kept on giving me problem. They came more 4 times . I went to the store to ask them to exchange the machine and they refused. All of this happened within six months of purchase. I did not get a valid reason for no return but it was because I bought it cash.Now I am my machine has turned into a laundry basket because they failed me .
