defy appliances

I recently bought a defy 90cm gas hob,the cast iron grids that go over da burners do not sit flush wit the hob,tried to get replacement,but the entire stock at the warehouse was the same,faulty batch ,I also bought a gemini double gourmet oven with the mirror finish,it was full of scratches ,stil. Waiting for defy to come out and inspect,so they can change it,its been a week,already,I also bought a four door frigde freezer,sent it bak twice because both of them had major scratch marks,the bottom line is ,Defy products do not have the same quality like that of old,after sales service is pathetic,will never buy defy again,all products purchase were from hirsch's in milnerton
