DEFY APPLIANCE SERVICE ... DISGUSTING AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

I purchased a DEFY mini oven from Game on 26 June 2022. I recently noticed the large plate has spots on it...now rusting. I took it back to Game stores who phoned DEFY and explained the problem. The service manager from DEFY said its not his problem...the mini oven's plates are not included in the guarantee!!!!!!! In the 3 months ove had this oven I've used it very little...in fact the actual oven has never been used. How can the plate of a stove that's practically brand new have specks on it.. rusting??? This must be a defect!!! I was not asked to send aby pictures...no alternative assistance at all. DEFY service manager just said it's not included in the guarantee. Absolutely disgusted...hope this gentleman gets his day!!! How can you treat a customer like this??? You should not even have a job with this attitude. At least help make your customers...consumers satisfied. Disgrace DEFY!!!!!! The rust is spreading and soon won't be able to use it. What a total waste of money Never ever ever will I purchase DEFY appliances again. Hope the word gets back to this service manager...totally unacceptable service .
