DEFY APPLIANCE FAULTY AND SERVICE A MESS

Total worse to say the least servuce from Defy. I bought a Defy top loader cash from takealot on 2nd of April. Since day 1 this thing was nog working drum is totally unstable when washing and making a load hitting noise even the spin cycle is worse a load screaming noise. I did report it to Defy techinician was sent out also but since today im still struggling and dont get this issue resolved
