defy apliances

<p>On the 25 October 2016, I bought a defy washing machine at game store polokwane and I was promised a guaranteed gateaway, I followed all the steps and filled in all the forms and select the date of the 5th Dec 2016 to go to kzn uahaka marine and I was promised a reply within 10days, after 10days I tried to contact them and I was asked confirm my email address so that they can send me booking confirmation but I didn't receive any, I tried to call defy company searched them on Facebook send them emails even today I haven't received my booking confirmation </p>
