Defy and the bad bad bad service

The bad service that you get from defy . I can not explain in words. After I said on hellopeter they want to jump. And then defy call to act and they said in 2 weeks it will be sorted. I am waiting for 2 day for a call. But nothing gets done....... the oven over heats and they came out. But still nothing........ they say they will change it. But still nothing. They say they will call. But still nothing. How can one believe defy and there bad service. Poor poor poor poor.
